1. Data controller

pilatesnear.app is a personal project without registered legal entity, managed by an individual residing in Spain. For data-related questions, contact hola@pilatesnear.app.

2. What data we collect

No registration required. We collect:

• Navigation data: URLs visited, time on page, device and browser. Via Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept cookies).
• Contact data: If you email hola@pilatesnear.app, we keep your email and message to reply.
• Reviews (future): If you leave a review: name or pseudonym, rating, text and visit date. Email is optional.

3. How we use your data

• Understand which pages are useful and improve the service (analytics).
• Reply to your messages.
• Display verified reviews on studio listings.

We don't sell data. We don't do ad profiling. We don't use your data for anything not listed here.

4. Cookies

We use Google's Consent Mode v2. By default, analytics cookies are denied. They activate only if you explicitly accept them. Details in our cookie policy.

5. Third parties with data access

• Vercel (EE.UU., hosting) — IP de visitantes, logs HTTP.
• Supabase (EE.UU., database) — review data and admin session.
• Google Analytics 4 (consent only) — anonymized navigation data.
• Anthropic (AI API, no personal data) — only public studio data.

All providers comply with EU standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or opposition by emailing hola@pilatesnear.app. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Data retention

• Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 setting).
• Contact messages: up to 12 months after last interaction.
• Published reviews: until you request removal.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will indicate so on the homepage at least 30 days in advance. The last-updated date is always at the top of this document.
